A YEAR OF KEEPING HOPES ALIVE... 2016

3RD ANNIVERSARY MESSAGE OF HOPE FROM SHEPHERDS GHANA
Some three years ago SHEPHERDS GHANA was on the move. We are shaking the foundations of humanity. We are ready to demonstrate the Shepherdic leadership and formation by leading, teaching, guiding with the rod and compassionate giving effort at the humble service of knowing who our neighbour is, loving our neighbour and being our neighbour’s keeper… love and service as Jesus the Good Shepherd does… Seeing God in each one especially the least of our neighbours.
The Shepherds Ghana is The One that keeps Hopes Alive and is determined to put smile on the faces of the poor and needy young ones, our future leaders.
We owe much gratitude to all those who have made it with us to this far. Time and space will not permit us to mention names, but we pray God, the Good God to shower profound blessings on your life journey. It is our hope that on our tenth anniversary, we would have begun our Children’s Home project, named THE SHEPHERDS VILLAGE. A comfortable Home for the needy, poor and orphans.
Shepherds refuse to be part of the complaining youth, because We as shepherds have chosen to be part of the solution. Yes people complain they see thorns on roses while others rejoice because they see roses on thorns, but a real Shepherd is the one who though challenging, offers a lending hand to the world of crises. A shepherd is the one who has already gone through the ups and downs of this present life, even attacking lions in his or her Shepherdic activities as did Shepherd David in the Book of 1st Samuel. However as shepherds we look forward to protecting the interest of those in our care and those who look to us.
The Shepherds Rod Foundation has currently FIVE strong Towers since its inception on 0ctober 1, 2012. The shepherds Charity Movement. This tower is responsible for charity work, donations and helping the needy and orphans especially poor school children. The Young Leadership Movement which helps to gear the activities of the youth towards the future. The Young Readers Network which is part of the Young Initiatives. The young must inculcate that supreme habit of reading. We motivate young readers as part of this initiative. I therefore recommend all young ones to have profound interest in reading. With this, get along with a small book, a jotter or journal, and write one new word a day to equip vocabulary. It is said, you may be disappointed if you try but you are doomed if you don’t try at all. Many more exciting offers are on the move. The Shepherds Village education tour and the Shepherds Advocacy – child’s right and protection agency. We pray God to see us through peacefully and successfully. We have The Shepherds Medical Team. With this medical team which comprises of medical, nursing, midwifery, pharmaceutical  etc students... We aim at providing free health education and facilities to needy or poor people esp the deprived in various communities in Ghana.
We also have the Shepherds Legal Team as well, which in the near future, the law team will advocate for the rights of the poor and needy on a Non Profitable basis.
Shepherds Ghana, is now flourishing on every move. With this new Year 2016, we hope to give hope, where it is hopeless,
PERSONAL MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT
"As a shepherd, I have always been the type of person who has appreciated the simple things in life…my family… my friends… my neighbours…my society…my church, my country, and when I wake up each day I think of what I can do for someone today. I may not have much, but what I can give comes from my heart. Gold or silver I may not have but I have two shoulders for you to lean on, two ears that will listen to you, two arms to wrap around you to give you comfort, two lets to come to you when in need, what else, a hear to share your sorrows… I do say always that,” a life of not caring is not worth living”. This is the calling… the harvest is plenty, but the workers are few. We then need many shepherds in this present life to bring hope to those in need. ” Dennis Yeboah Gyabaah
MAY THE GOOD LORD BLESS YOU ALL
